Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver programmes managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and launch readiness to meet strategic objectives.
• Manage full programme lifecycle from concept development through production coordination to market launch.
• Maintain detailed programme plans, milestones, approvals, and risk/issue logs to ensure timely execution.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform programme concepts, positioning, and commercial strategy.
• Identify market trends and opportunities to enhance programme differentiation and commercial outcomes.
• Coordinate internal teams (marketing, sales, design, production, operations) and external partners to align priorities and resolve bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market plans and launch support materials.
• Provide sales enablement content including product information, key messages, and data insights to support channel partners.
• Monitor programme KPIs and P&L performance; analyze results and market feedback to recommend adjustments.
• Prepare and present programme updates, reports, and presentations for management and senior stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation of programme planning, market research, decision logs, and execution workflows
