The Singapore Mint in Singapore is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Associate to handle inquiries and retail transactions while learning to manage premium coins and collectibles in a structured, supportive environment.

You will respond to customer queries via phone and email, provide product and pricing information, and ensure accurate payment processing. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with English proficiency required and Chinese skills advantageous.
