The role coordinates centre operations, bookings, maintenance, hospitality, and administrative and financial processes to ensure a safe, welcoming and well-managed environment aligned with the organisation's community objectives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate centre operations and bookings to align with schedules.
• Manage inquiries via email, website, phone, walk-ins.
• Coordinate venue setup, AV/equipment, and F&B for bookings.
• Ensure safety and compliance with centre policies.
• Develop SOPs and operational workflows for the centre.
• Support programme and event planning and delivery.
• Handle administrative and financial processes related to centre operations.
