Job summary

Lions Befrienders Service Association (Singapore) is seeking a Programme Executive to support daily operations of the Active Ageing Centre. You will work closely with the Centre in-charge to implement programmes and ensure services meet funders’ objectives.

The role emphasizes engaging community partners, coordinating activities for seniors, and maintaining budgets and records. Prior experience in eldercare and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Related qualification in working with the elderly or in the social service sector.
• Minimum 1 year of direct operational work experience in eldercare or social services.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships with community partners.

Responsibilities

• Engage community partners and execute the Community Outreach Plan; advocate LBSA values in the community.
• Plan, implement and evaluate programmes aligned with seniors’ wellbeing across five dimensions.
• Manage centre finances and ensure proper documentation of transactions within budget.
• Support SCM/CM/ACM/SPE with day-to-day operations and centre activities.
