Job summary

Lions Befrienders Service Association (Singapore) seeks a Programme Executive to support the Centre in-charge in daily operations and ensure programmes run smoothly for the Active Ageing Centre.

The role focuses on stakeholder engagement, community outreach, volunteer management, and programme delivery, with standard administrative duties and financial recording to support senior services.

Qualifications

• Related qualification in working with the elderly or in the social service sector.
• At least 1 year of direct operational work in Eldercare (programme activities, needs assessment).
• Experience in stakeholder management and working with community partners.

Responsibilities

• Execute community outreach plan and engage community partners.
• Engage and manage relationships with community partners to serve seniors' needs.
• Promote and recruit members for the AAC programme across designated blocks.
• Identify and support volunteers for activities and events.
• Assist in planning, implementation and evaluation of centre programmes/activities.
• Adhere to the budget and properly document finance-related transactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Centre Manager/Assistant Centre Manager/Senior Programme Executive.
