Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Programme and Events Executive to support design and visual content production, plus programme-related financial and administrative tasks for a 12-month contract.

The role requires a degree and 7+ years in events management, with familiarity in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Mailchimp and MS Office. You will manage brochures and digital publications, coordinate budgets, quotations, and invoices, and ensure branding consistency

Qualifications

• Degree holder with 7+ years of events management experience.
• Specialisation in Events Management, Marketing, Business Development or Arts Management will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Mailchimp or other design and marketing tools will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design brochures for 2027 programmes and assist with digital publications for website upload.
• Coordinate budget tracking, vendor quotations, Approval of Requirements (AORs) and invoice tracking.
• Monitor budget utilisation and provide administrative support for financial processes.
