Job summary

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent in related discipline as listed in Requirements.
  • Experience or interest in human-centred design, programme design, community development, or eldercare.
  • Ability to conduct research, facilitate discussions, synthesize insights, and translate findings into practical programmes.
  • Good understanding of programme evaluation and outcome measurement.
  • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Empathetic, curious, adaptable, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Document programme concepts, pilot outcomes, and rollout recommendations for management review.
