Job summary

4S is seeking a dedicated professional to plan and conduct active ageing programmes for the elderly in the Eunos Crescent community. The role includes ensuring programme quality, managing budgets, and coordinating communications with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have a diploma in any discipline, preferably related to Social Services, along with relevant experience in healthcare or social services. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this position.

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline (preferably in Social Services or related fields)
• Relevant experience in working with elderly clients in the community setting, healthcare, or social service sector is preferred
• Knowledge of programme design, implementation, and evaluation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Adaptable, with the ability to solve and/or anticipate problems
• Required to work at Eunos Crescent, 4S Active Ageing Centre @ Eunos Crescent

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes to the elderly in the Eunos Crescent community
• Ensure that programmes meet the required standards and achieve the desired outcomes of client engagement
• Implement new programmes and/or services for service users based on needs
• Conduct programme evaluation to gather feedback for all regular programmes
• Identify areas of improvement and initiate enhancements/improvements
• Coordinate and manage stakeholders communications for programmes and services
• Guide volunteers in executing programme activities.
• Manage programme budgets and resources
• Work with other organisations to execute programmes.

Work Location

• The applicant should be willing to work 5.5 days per week at Eunos Crescent.
