Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong industry network and deep knowledge within the semiconductor, life sciences, or medical market.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams with strong decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans encompassing timelines, resource allocation, and budget controls.
• Drive projects to successful completion ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget at all times.
• Lead, inspire, and coordinate cross-functional teams comprising engineers, technicians, and key stakeholders.
• Foster a high-performance and collaborative working culture that encourages accountability and excellence.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications with internal and external parties.
• Build and manage strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies ahead of time.
• Continuously monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure all project deliverables consistently meet the highest quality standards required.
• Develop and enforce quality control measures and procedures across all project phases.
• Oversee project expenditure and maintain strict budgetary control throughout the project duration.
• Provide regular and accurate financial reports to the Sales Director and senior management.
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date project documentation at all times.
• Deliver regular project status updates to the Sales Director and all relevant stakeholders.
