Job summary

Singapore Cancer Society in Singapore is seeking a highly organised Manager to oversee our Cancer Prevention & Control initiatives, with a focus on vaccination and mobile screening programmes. This role combines programme coordination, event management, and data oversight to drive impactful community outreach.

You will lead cross-functional teams, liaise with partners and vendors, and ensure timely reporting to funders. A Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years in healthcare administration are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in healthcare administration or data management.
• Knowledge of HPV vaccination programmes and/or screening operations is an added advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate screening and vaccination programmes with internal/external stakeholders.
• Serve as primary point of contact for programme enquiries.
• Coordinate FIT-kit projects including vendor liaison and mail-out of kits.
• Oversee Community Mammobus Programme coordination with partners.
• Supervise HPV-related programmes and events including logistics.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners and vendors.
• Oversee administrative and operational support for the team.
• Ensure procurement and timely payment processing in line with guidelines.
• Support budget monitoring and financial reporting for the department.
• Document, track and reconcile programme-related expenses.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management and funders.
• Contribute to annual report write-ups and impact reporting.
• Support outreach efforts such as community/corporate talks.
