Job summary

National Cancer Centre of Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager / Senior Assistant Manager / Manager to coordinate a clinical and translational lung cancer screening study in Singapore.

The role combines project management and problem-solving to ensure smooth operation of a multi-centre study, with opportunities to interact with researchers, clinicians, industry partners and national/global cancer prevention bodies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Sciences, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Social Sciences, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS and other M365 tools.
• Minimally 2–3 years of experience in healthcare operations / administrative field and/or research settings.

Responsibilities

• Project management and research operations across multiple sites.
• Budget projection, tracking and grants/financing processes.
• Research collaborations and handling of agreements, including compliance.
