Job summary

Breast Cancer Foundation (BCF) seeks a proactive Manager, Programmes & Services to lead the P&S team and personally helm the Volunteer Management portfolio in Singapore. You will co-create strategic plans, manage beneficiary services, and drive collaboration across departments to ensure high-quality support for people affected by breast cancer and their caregivers.

You will stay hands-on with frontline delivery while building scalable systems, governance and capability to grow the function as

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in volunteer management or community mobilisation.
• Experience supervising and developing staff within programme or community work.
• Strong stakeholder management and partnership-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the P&S team with clear plans, responsibilities and deliverables.
• Provide governance and budget oversight for programmes and volunteer management.
• Develop systems, SOPs and processes to ensure reliable delivery and scalability.
• Build partnerships with hospitals, social workers and community organisations.
• Use data to inform decisions and continuously improve programmes and volunteer experiences.
