Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Aerospace, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience in a Program managerial role within engineering, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing sectors, preferably with UAV exposure.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and strategic thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects and deliver results under pressure.
• Familiarity with advanced materials, composites, and manufacturing processes desirable.

Job Requirements
