Job summary

ST ENGINEERING ADVANCED MATERIAL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Program Manager for the UAV Division to lead production and drones assembly teams, coordinate cross‑functional workflows, and drive project lifecycles.

You will report to senior management, develop strategic plans, monitor performance metrics, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Aerospace, or related disciplines.
• Experience as Program Manager in engineering, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing, preferably UAV.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop teams in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical, strategic thinker with problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under pressure.
• Familiarity with advanced materials, composites, and manufacturing processes is desirable.
