Job summary

Sembcorp Specialised Construction seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer in Singapore with 10+ years of experience in both design and construction management. You will design electrical building systems, coordinate with clients and service providers, and manage budgets, documentation, and regulatory submissions for utilities and building projects.

The role requires strong technical knowledge (ETAP/Dialux/Electrical OM), site surveys, and cross‑team mentorship.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Registered Professional Engineer with PEB Singapore/Specialized Professional Engineer.
• Completed FEE and preparing for Practice of Professional Engineering Exam.
• Design for Safety Professional.
• More than 10 years of experience.
• Experience in both construction management and design.
• Conversant in engineering analysis design software (Electrical OM, ETAP, Dialux).
• Only Singaporeans will be considered for the position.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for projects management, planning and the design of electrical building systems
• Meeting clients & services providers on scope of service and conduct field surveys
• Handling project evaluation, budgets, documentation, technical specification and coordination
• Analyze & selection of systems and evaluate project budgets
• Complete design documents & technical specifications
• Responsible for making e-Submission to authorities for utilities services and related building regulatory submissions
• Work Coordination with other teams as well as mentor junior staff
