Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a Production Planning Executive to plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities across the cable harness lines. You will work with customers, purchasing, warehouse, production, engineering, and quality teams to maintain on-time delivery and efficient inventory.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, SCM, Operations Management or Business Administration.
• 2–5 years of experience in Production Planning, Material Planning, or Supply Chain.
• Experience in cable harness, electronics manufacturing, automotive, or EMS environment preferred.
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (SAP).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer demand and forecasts.
• Create and maintain production schedules for cable harness assembly lines.
• Monitor production capacity, manpower, machine availability, and material readiness.
• Balance workload among production lines to maximize efficiency and output.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse teams regarding material shortages and delivery schedules.
• Support ERP/MRP transactions and material planning activities.
• Monitor daily production performance against schedule.
• Identify bottlenecks, shortages, and production constraints.
• Coordinate corrective actions with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams.
• Update production plans based on actual production results.
• Lead and guide material handling team on preparation and packing process.
• Monitor WIP, raw material, and finished goods inventory.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Monitor KPIs including OTD, Schedule Achievement, Inventory Turnover, Material Shortage Rate and Production Efficiency
• Maintain accurate planning records and ERP system data.

Skills & Qualification:
