Job summary

Molex Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on technician to operate and troubleshoot production equipment in a busy manufacturing environment. You will perform machine conversions, assist with repairs, and ensure output aligns with daily plans and quality expectations.

You will also train new operators and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while supporting safe, efficient operations across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to train new operators (on-the-job training).
• Familiarity with quality inspection and SPC data basics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and operate machines to meet daily output and quality targets.
• Perform machine conversions and basic repairs as needed.
• Train new operators (OJT) and align with production planning.
