Job summary

The GMP Group is seeking a Production Operator to operate production machines and perform assembly tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Singapore. You will solder, test, pack and glue products, and support line processes.

You will record production data, assist with line balancing, and help maintain 5S standards while ensuring safety and quality. On-the-job training will onboard new operators as needed.

Qualifications

• Able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Experience in machine maintenance is an advantage.
• Experience in mechanical assembly work.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines and perform assembly tasks such as soldering, testing, packing, and gluing.
• Support production and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Follow work instructions and report any quality or equipment issues.
• Record production data accurately (e.g., output, defects, and working hours).
• Assist with line balancing and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards.
• Support the training of new production operators through on-the-job training (OJT).
