Job summary

MCI Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a technically skilled technician to support automated production lines.

You will operate, set up and troubleshoot automation equipment to ensure smooth production operations. Responsibilities include servicing, preventive maintenance, repairs, testing processes, and guiding operators. The role requires hands-on problem solving and a solid understanding of manufacturing equipment.

Qualifications

Minimum NITEC in Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in automation or equipment maintenance.
Willing to work permanent night shift.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for automated production lines and equipment.
Operate, set up and troubleshoot automation equipment to ensure smooth production operations.
Perform servicing, preventive maintenance and repairs on automation lines and equipment.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and carry out corrective maintenance where required.
Document and maintain process changes, start-up forms and preventive maintenance schedules.
Guide and assist operators on the basic operation of automation equipment.
