Job summary

RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support daily production operations.

You will perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on production equipment, trouble-shoot automation issues, and assist engineers with improvements while adhering to GMP, 5S, safety and quality procedures. The role requires hands-on skills across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and PLC systems, and involves rotating shifts to ensure continuous production.

Qualifications

NTC/ITC or equivalent qualification in Engineering or Manufacturing.
At least 2 years of relevant manufacturing or engineering experience in a GMP environment.
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment covering mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and control/PLC systems.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on technical support for daily production operations and ensure smooth running of manufacturing activities.
Carry out preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and basic repairs on production machinery and equipment.
Support engineers with equipment improvements, upgrades and production-related technical issues.
Follow safety, quality, 5S and production procedures while supporting continuous improvement activities.
Work on rotating shifts to support continuous production operations.
