Job summary

Molex Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Production Operator to set up and operate manufacturing machines to meet daily output targets and quality standards at our Singapore facility.

The role requires ensuring raw materials availability, conducting basic inspections, maintaining housekeeping, and reporting machine issues to leads. Shift rotations and permanent employment are offered with competitive allowances.

Qualifications

• Operate manufacturing machines to meet daily output targets and quality specifications.
• Monitor material supply and raise material requests when stock runs low.
• Perform finished good inspections per SOP to verify spec compliance.
• Maintain good housekeeping and follow safety procedures at all times.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines and operate to meet daily output and quality targets.
• Ensure raw materials are available; request supplies when deficient.
• Conduct SOP-based inspections on finished products for conformance.
• Sort rejects and re-route/work through QA checkpoints.
• Maintain clean and organized work area; adhere to safety rules.
• Record production data and update charts for monitoring.
