The role focuses on leading shopfloor teams, meeting production targets, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with other shifts. You will manage 12-hour night shifts on a 4-3-3-4 roster, drive process improvements, ensure SOP compliance, and prepare handovers and reports for management.

We are seeking an experienced and leadership-driven Night Shift Production Team Lead to oversee night shift manufacturing operations in One-North. If you have a solid background in production supervision and managing operational workflows, we welcome your application.

Job Highlights

• Attractive Basic Salary: $4800 - $5200 (Extra Night Shift allowance : $26 / night)

• Comprehensive Benefits: AWS + Variable Bonus (VB)

• Location: One North (Central Region) - Company Transport provided from multiple locations

• Working Hours: 7:15 PM - 7:30 AM (12-hour night shift)

• Shift Pattern: 4-3-3-4 roster based

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day manufacturing operations during the night shift to ensure production targets, quality standards, and output goals are met.

• Lead, motivate, and deploy shopfloor teams effectively to maintain optimal line productivity.

• Monitor line activities to ensure compliance with quality systems, safety standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Identify line bottlenecks, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.

• Prepare shift handovers and operational progress reports for management.

• Drive process improvements and maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments.

Requirements

• Shift Readiness: Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts under a rotating 4-3-3-4 shift pattern.
