The role focuses on leading shopfloor teams, meeting production targets, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with other shifts. You will manage 12-hour night shifts on a 4-3-3-4 roster, drive process improvements, ensure SOP compliance, and prepare handovers and reports for management.

Qualifications

• Shift readiness for 12-hour night shifts.
• Willing to work rotating 4-3-3-4 shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Supervise night shift manufacturing operations to meet targets, quality standards and output goals.
• Lead and deploy shopfloor teams to maintain line productivity and morale.
• Monitor line activities for quality, safety and SOP compliance.
• Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Prepare shift handovers and progress reports for management.
• Drive process improvements and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
