Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead to guide a group of specialists and support teams in a high-volume environment in Singapore. You will drive safety, productivity and quality output, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to schedules.

You will monitor line performance, resolve non-conformances, and implement CAPA. Coaching, 6S compliance, and performance reviews are part of the role, with focus on continuous improvement and cost reduction.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience with similar responsibilities.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, motivate and coordinate with a team of manufacturing specialists and support teams to ensure safety, productivity & quality output in timely delivery.
• Lead the team in achieving production schedule, ensure product quality and maximize resources through manning ratio and reduced redundancies.
• Monitor machines utilization and coordinate with planner on loading and timely delivery.
• Analyze and resolve line non-conformances with CAPA to prevent recurrence.
• Escalate and follow up production issues with relevant functional teams for closure.
• Direct subordinates to perform tasks within guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Engage and enforce subordinates discipline and adherence to work processes, procedures and policies.
• Participate in line continuous improvement activities to drive down cost and redundancy to achieve operational excellence.
• Provide coaching, training and guidance to staff to achieve objectives and perform performance reviews.

This will be achieved through leading cluster teams comprising of all support teams that will plan, coordinate activities and resources to meet set goals in fast-paced, high volume, high mixed environment.

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline and Good effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 3~5 years of Manufacturing experiences in similar responsibility and able to perform 12 hours shift job
• Detailed oriented and able to multi-task/ work under pressure in a high energy and fast paced-environment with critical and tight schedules.
• Competency in MS Office(Excel, Words, Power point and Outlook)
