10X AI Technology Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Team Lead (Night Shift) to join our West Region logistics operations.

This full-time night role oversees warehouse activities, drives performance, and ensures accurate order fulfilment, with a focus on safety and productivity. The successful candidate will supervise the night team, coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing and despatch, and maintain accurate inventory records.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or team lead experience in a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations including inventory management and stock control.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and IT applications.
• Ability to work night shifts and manage a team during low-light hours.
• Strong organisational, time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the warehouse team during night shift operations, ensuring safety protocols and company policies.
• Monitor and coordinate receiving, storing, picking, packing and despatch of goods.
• Conduct daily briefings and allocate tasks to team members to ensure workflow and on-time deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks for accuracy.
• Identify and resolve operational issues arising during night shifts, escalating as needed.
• Ensure all warehouse equipment is maintained and report maintenance requirements.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff on best practices and safety standards.
• Monitor KPIs such as picking accuracy, productivity and safety metrics.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to communicate shift updates and delivery schedules.

About the role

10X AI Technology Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and organised Warehouse Team Lead (Night Shift) to join our logistics operations in the West Region. This is a full-time position working on the night shift, where you will oversee warehouse operations, manage team performance, and ensure efficient order fulfilment during night-time hours. As Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in maintaining safety standards, optimising warehouse productivity, and supporting the broader logistics objectives of our growing organisation.
Working Arrangement: 6 days work week

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the warehouse team during night shift operations, ensuring all staff comply with safety protocols and company policies
• Monitor and coordinate warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing and despatch of goods
• Conduct daily briefings and allocate tasks to team members to ensure efficient workflow and on-time deliveries
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and accountability
• Identify and resolve operational issues that arise during night shift operations, escalating concerns to management when necessary
• Ensure all warehouse equipment is maintained in good working order and report any maintenance requirements
• Train and mentor warehouse staff on best practices, procedures and safety standards
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as picking accuracy, productivity rates and safety metrics
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to communicate shift updates, delivery schedules and any operational challenges

What we're looking for

• Proven supervisory or team lead experience in a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment, preferably in a night shift setting
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfilment and stock control procedures
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, lead and develop team members effectively
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and relevant IT applications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and reporting
• Ability to work independently during night shifts whilst maintaining communication with management
• Commitment to health and safety standards with knowledge of relevant workplace safety regulations
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members across all shifts
• Flexibility to work night shift hours on a consistent basis
• A valid driving licence is advantageous but not essential
