Job summary

ITCAN PTE. LIMITED in Singapore seeks a Level 2 production support specialist to maintain operational stability for business applications and batch jobs. You will collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure SLA compliance and smooth deployments.

The role requires hands-on Python, Shell scripting, SQL, and Linux/Unix experience, with knowledge of Java/J2EE and JBOSS. Familiarity with MariaDB, MQ, and CI/CD is a plus, and banking exposure is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in application support or development.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Shell scripting, SQL, and Linux/Unix environments.
• Basic knowledge of Java/J2EE applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 production support for business applications and batch jobs to ensure operational continuity.
• Monitor applications and troubleshoot incidents promptly to maintain SLA compliance.
• Develop and maintain Python and Shell scripts to automate operational tasks and improve efficiency.
• Execute SQL queries and analyze logs to identify and resolve application issues.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues.
