Job summary

APAR TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an IT production support specialist with hands-on batch processing experience to monitor production applications and resolve incidents.

You will use Kibana/Elasticsearch for monitoring, perform SQL data validation, and troubleshoot Java/Linux issues, coordinating across teams to ensure timely incident resolution. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT production support.
• Hands-on batch processing experience is mandatory.
• Experience with production monitoring and incident management.
• Experience with Kibana / Elasticsearch or similar monitoring tools.
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Basic knowledge of Java.
• Basic knowledge of Linux.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform batch processing and monitoring of production applications.
• Monitor applications and system activities using Kibana / Elasticsearch.
• Perform incident reporting, tracking and escalation.
• Investigate and troubleshoot production issues.
• Use SQL queries for data validation and issue analysis.
• Perform basic troubleshooting using Java and Linux.
• Coordinate with development and technical teams to resolve production incidents.
• Provide L1/L2 production support and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain relevant incident and operational documentation.
