Job summary

CT HR CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Production Supervisor for a manufacturing plant in Ang Mo Kio. The role manages weekly and monthly production and manpower schedules, and ensures SOPs in line with cGMP for quality and process control.

You will implement reports on rework, scrap, process deviations and validation, develop process capacity records, and drive work improvement programs. The position requires good communication, analytics and leadership, with 5-day week and rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• 1 year working experience in manufacturing environment.
• Good communication, analytical and leadership skill.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate weekly/monthly production and manpower schedules.
• Set and implement SOPs in line with cGMP to facilitate supervision for quality and process control.
• Implement and write reports for rework, scrap/loss disposal, process deviation, process validation, new process and change in process.
• Set and implement process flow structure and chart for compilation of process capacity and ability records.
• Prepare and implement work improvement program.
• Any other tasks assigned by Superior.
