Job summary

AIM RECRUIT CONSULTANCY PTE. LIMITED is seeking a Production Supervisor for a 12-hour shift with OT at Penjuru.

You will supervise the shift, ensure timely start-ups and changeovers, and manage raw materials to maximize output while maintaining quality and safety standards. Requirements include at least 2 years in supervisory and raw material handling in manufacturing, PC literacy, and familiarity with ISO9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years supervisory & raw material handling experience in manufacturing.
Familiar with ISO standards (ISO9001, IATF 16949, ISO14001).
WSQ Supervise Work In Confined Space certification and forklift license are preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise and assign shift members to maximize output and efficiency.
Ensure production schedule adherence including start-ups, shutdowns and changeovers.
Oversee receipt, handling and feeding of raw materials into production.
Monitor raw material consumption and report on inventory to reduce scrap.
Ensure finished products meet quality specs and standards.
Inspect and quarantine non-conforming materials.
Enforce safety protocols and maintain 5S environment.
Ensure PPE use and compliance with SOPs.
Complete daily shift reports on production totals, materials, scrap and downtime.
Address discipline issues and implement EHS per ISO 14001.
