Job summary

WhiteCrow Research Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee high-volume electronics production, ensuring line continuity and on-time delivery. You will coordinate with planners, work with engineers, and drive improvements to reduce scrap and improve efficiency.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with strong leadership and multitasking abilities. A background in semiconductor manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume electronics production in MNC or semiconductor sector.
• Strong organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and analyze WIP, resources and activities to ensure line continuity.
• Manage line and lot movement to meet on-time delivery targets.
• Coordinate with planner on production schedules to maximize line utilization.
• Implement effective work methods to maintain high-quality output and productivity.
• Collaborate with engineering to execute WI, SOP and targets.
• Drive efforts with engineers to minimize scrap and mishandling on the line.
• Establish cross-training plans and ensure certifications and recertifications.
• Manage shift manpower and achieve turnover targets.
• Ensure compliance with CSR, EHS, QM, ESD, 5S and cleanroom standards.

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for...

• Planning and analyzing WIP, resources, and activities to ensure line continuity.
• Managing the line and lot movement effectively to meet OTD.
• Coordinating with the planner on production schedules to maximize line utilization.
• Implementing effective work methodologies to ensure consistently high-quality output and productivity.
• Working with the engineering team to effectively execute assigned WI, SOP, and targets.
• Driving efforts with engineers to minimize scrap and mishandling on the line.
• Establishing cross-training plans and ensuring proper certifications and re-certifications for the respective team.
• Managing shift manpower and achieving turnover targets.
• Ensuring compliance with CSR, EHS, QM, ESD, 5S standards, and cleanroom protocols.

What you already have...

• Minimum a Diploma/Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in high volume production of electronics components in an MNC or semi-conductor industry.
• Strong organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experienced with computer systems and proficient with software applications such as MS Power Point, Excel and Word.
