Responsibilities

• Assign tasks, schedule shifts, and oversee assembly and testing to meet output deadlines and quality standards
• Collaborate with Engineering to troubleshoot production issues, review First Article builds, and optimize assembly workflows
• Train and mentor Production Leads and team members to enhance skills and performance
• Enforce safety protocols, inspect shop floor conditions, and report equipment maintenance needs promptly
• Coordinate material requirements with supply chain teams and maintain accurate operational records

Position Summary

The Production Supervisor leads daily shop floor operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing. Collaborating with Engineering, this role resolves technical issues, supports process improvements, and oversees initial / First Article builds. You will coach teams and promote safety, teamwork, and operational excellence to meet production goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Assign tasks, schedule shifts, and oversee assembly and testing to meet output deadlines and quality standards
• Collaborate with Engineering to troubleshoot production issues, review First Article builds, and optimize assembly workflows
• Train and mentor Production Leads and team members to enhance skills and performance
• Enforce safety protocols, inspect shop floor conditions, and report equipment maintenance needs promptly

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in technician, production coordination, or operations roles
• High reliability, strong time management, and adaptability to changing production priorities
• Ability to train, mentor, and build strong working relationships with shop floor teams
• Experience troubleshooting assembly issues with cross-functional engineering and quality teams to implement corrective actions
