Job summary

STMicroelectronics Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a shift supervisor to lead production. You will manage the shift team, execute the production plan, and ensure safety, quality, and output targets are met in real time.

You will drive throughput, monitor yield, optimize manpower, and support continuous improvement while maintaining audit readiness and a healthy, safe workplace.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Industrial/Manufacturing, Electronics, Mechanical, or related technical field.
• 2–5 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing; semiconductor, electronics, or cleanroom/automated environment experience preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and conflict-handling skills.
• Ability to organize manpower, assign tasks, and manage breaks while maintaining output.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment, including rotating shifts, weekends, and nights.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve production yield and quality by promoting awareness and corrective action.

• Foster a positive working environment through strong human resource management practices.
• Promote a safe, green, and healthy workplace by supporting EHS compliance.
• Support cost reduction efforts and responsible resource usage.
