Responsibilities

1. Confirm materials, equipment, personnel, and the workshop before starting work each day, and conduct a '5S' check after finishing work.
2. Requires at least 3 years of experience of production management in the manufacturing industry.
3. Monitor the production progress, adjust the arrangement at any time.
4. Daily management and assessment of production staff.
5. Arranged daily work of field team leader and technical personnel, handled special affairs in the production process.
6. Participation in the early stage of new product introduction; Timely guidance on field process technical issues.
7. Complete the tasks assigned by superiors in time and strictly implement.
