Job summary

BEYONICS INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage daily operations on the factory floor, ensuring on-time output and quality.

You will lead a small team, enforce 5S, train new hires, coordinate with planners, and maintain production records. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of supervisory experience and basic knowledge of injection moulding.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education or O-Level completed.
• At least 2-3 years in manufacturing with supervision.
• Basic English literacy is required.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily production schedule.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping in the work area.
• Execute tasks (AMR/MRF/FGT and inventory checks).
• Coordinate with planner and store to ensure quantities meet.
• Provide guidance and training to team members.
• Update production documents and records.

Job Responsibilities

• Be able to meet daily production schedule


• Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain cleanliness (5S) of the working area.


• Execute task (AMR/MRF/FGT/inventory stock check).


• Liaise with stakeholder (planner and store) to ensure the production quantity meet.


• Identify potential issues associated to product and process within shift and work on proactive internal measures to prevent further occurrence under broad direction.


• Responsible for the overall appraisal of the shift and new hires.


• Co-ordinate and prioritize activities based on production, machines and supply to meet shipments.


• Responsible for the submission of administrative paperwork for shift and new hires.


• Assist Manager on attending daily output meeting during absence.


• Provide guidance/training to team members (label set up/vibration mold set up/tester).


• Coordinate and prioritize activities based on production, machine and supply to meet the shipments.


• Responsible for update of documents (ENV aspects/ Workplace hazard / training forms / overtime forms / Work schedule /production records / equipment report).

Requirements

• Min. Secondary/GCE 'O' Level qualification.


• At least 2-3years' experience in Manufacturing industry.


• At least 2-3years' Supervisory experience


• Be able to read and write Simple English.


• Basic Injection moulding knowledge.


• Knowledge in ISO9001,ISO13485, is added advantage
