Job summary

ENGGSOL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a production operator to support assembly lines. You will work with planners to release instructions and ensure adherence to the BOM and contractual requirements, and you will prepare for line setup.

You will plan and assign operators, monitor shelf-life terms, update schedules, ensure on-time production, manage material issues, enforce ESD controls, and pack finished goods with QA endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Work with Production Planner and Processor engineer on the release of assembly instructions and time ticket/ production traveller base on the BOM and contractual requirements.
• Prepare for the line setup
• Plan and assign operators to the line
• Perform monthly check on the shelf-life terms and update the production schedule to the production manager
• Ensure the production run per schedule.
• Ensure received material issue from store is according to the pick list
• Ensure the ESD control is in the accordance with the Electrostatic control procedure
• Pack & return finished goods to the store together with the RTS form with QA endorsement.
• Clarify with the production engineer on any doubts as assembly process and safety in process.
