Job summary

58 RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Production Supervisor in Singapore to organize production personnel and implement plans to meet on-time targets. You will coordinate releases and shipments, monitor daily operations, and drive efficiency.

You will also oversee material flow, warehousing, 5S and discipline on site, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining a safe, quality-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize production personnel to implement production plans and ensure on-time completion of production tasks and shipments.
• Handle abnormal events and maintenance during production to improve efficiency and quality.
• Manage production material collection and return, finished goods warehousing, tool distribution, and on-site 5S/discipline.
• Ensure production operations comply with regulations, maintain safety, and minimize quality incidents.

Job description

1. Organize production personnel to implement production plans, complete production tasks on time, coordinate release and complete shipment tasks.

2. Responsible for abnormal handling and maintenance during production, improve production efficiency and quality, and achieve quality goals.

3. Responsible for production material collection and return management, finished product warehousing management, equipment and tool distribution management, and responsible for on-site environment, 5S, discipline and other management.

4. Ensure that production operations comply with regulations, no safety accidents occur, and reduce quality accidents.
