Job summary

AT HONEYCOMB ENGINEERING PTE. LTD.

in Singapore seeks a production supervisor to ensure targets for quality, delivery and cost on the production floors are met, working closely with internal function teams to resolve production issues. You will handle production planning of people, material, machinery, monitor key process indicators, supervise equipment maintenance, drive preventive and predictive maintenance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and accuracy of work

Responsibilities

• Make sure to reach the production targets e.g. quality, delivery and cost of production floors.
• Communicate with internal function teams for production issues to enable achieving customer requirements.
• Production planning (man,material, machinery and material)
• Monitor the key indicators of product and process quality to meet the customer requirements.
• Manage and maintain production equipment, machinery, tools and supporting facilities to ensure safe, reliable and uninterrupted production operations.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment breakdowns and production downtime.
• Continuous improvement on labour efficiency, reduce waste and scrap.
• Plan and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives as required to continuously improve production effectiveness and efficiency.
• Work order close in time.
• Maintain system accuracy
