Job summary

Fong Lee Metal Industries Pte Ltd is seeking a Production Scheduler/Order Coordinator to plan and monitor production schedules ensuring deadlines are met. You will collaborate with all departments to maintain smooth order flow and quickly escalate issues when needed.

You will keep customers informed about order progress, respond to queries, and coordinate inspections, deliveries and collections. The role requires a mechanical engineering background and strong communication skills to perform

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Ability to interpret BOM and technical drawings.
• Good knowledge of process operation sequences.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor production schedule to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth order flow and resolve issues.
• Keep customers updated on order progress.
• Communicate with customers on order queries as required.
• Coordinate customer inspection, delivery and collection arrangements.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
