Job summary

TQC Precision Engineering Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Production Planner to release jobs on time, monitor progress, and coordinate with quality, sales, store and engineering to ensure efficient production flow.

You will handle subcontracting, ERP records, capacity planning, I4.0 data accuracy, and master scheduler updates, while communicating clearly and working independently to drive on-time delivery and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Nitec or Diploma in business administration, manufacturing or related field.
• Prior experience in production or administrative roles is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in data entry.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Fast learning ability with a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Release production jobs on time to meet delivery deadlines.
• Monitor job progress and identify potential delays.
• Collaborate with quality, sales, store and engineering for coordination.
• Generate non-conformance and scrap records in ERP.
• Produce reports comparing production vs sales order quantities.
• Update and generate reports as needed.
• Prepare buy documents for subcontracting purposes.
• File completed job documents systematically.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Work independently and take initiative.
• Follow-up on materials & subcontracting (sub-out).
• Liaise with internal purchaser on material readiness & delivery timing.
• Track sub-out parts progress and return schedules.
• Update master scheduler on material or sub-out delays.
• I4.0 involvement: participate in system training and data flow.
• Collaborate with master scheduler and machines on data accuracy.
• Capacity planning to manage and control production capacity.
• Maintain I4.0 dashboard with timely data updates.
• Support continuous improvement of I4.0 reporting and integration.
