Job summary

ACP Metal Finishing Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Production Planning Assistant to coordinate daily production planning and scheduling to meet customer delivery requirements.

You will monitor production progress, WIP and estimated delivery dates (EDD), assist in preparing PCCs, Delivery Orders and Purchase Orders, and coordinate with production, customers and subcontractors on job status and delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Professional Certificate, Nitec or equivalent.
• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, organised and willing to learn.
• Manufacturing industry experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production planning and scheduling to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Monitor production progress, WIP and Estimated Delivery Dates (EDD).
• Assist in preparing Process Control Cards (PCC), Delivery Orders and Purchase Orders.
• Coordinate with Production, customers and subcontractors on job status and delivery schedules.
• Follow up with subcontractors to ensure jobs are completed on time.
• Check parts, quantities and relevant documentation for accuracy.
• Assist the Production Control Executive with customer communication and other production control activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or Manager.
