Job summary

re-zoo-me is seeking a Software Engineer to develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Python. You will provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshoot incidents, and work to improve system reliability in a fast-paced production setting.

You will monitor health with Grafana/ELK, manage MQ/Kafka messaging, and contribute to CI/CD deployment processes. Strong Unix/Linux and SQL skills are required, with a passion for solving business problems through engineering.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in software development with L2/L3 application support responsibilities.
Strong hands-on experience in Java development, with working knowledge of Python and Shell (Bash) scripting.
Strong hands-on experience with Unix/Linux operating systems and SQL.
Good understanding of Grafana, ELK, MQ/Kafka, WebSocket, SFTP, and CI/CD processes.
Experience supporting applications in production environments, including incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Python.
Provide L2/L3 application support and troubleshooting for production environments.
Monitor and support application health using Grafana, ELK, and MQ/Kafka.
