Job summary

Luxoft Singapore is seeking a seasoned Software Engineer to join the Software Engineering Group. You will blend application development with L2/L3 production support, balancing development and operational duties in a production environment.

Work involves Java, Python, Shell, Unix/Linux, SQL; monitor health with Grafana, ELK, MQ/Kafka; contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation to improve reliability and incident resolution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with L2/L3 production support responsibilities.
• Strong hands-on Java development with Python and Bash scripting.
• Proficient with Unix/Linux, SQL, and production incident management.
• Familiar with Grafana, ELK, MQ/Kafka, WebSocket, SFTP, and CI/CD processes.
• Experience supporting production applications, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Able to balance development and support in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable in an SRE/Production Support setup.
