Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on manufacturing professional to coordinate new product and packaging introductions across the plant in Singapore.

You will work with cross-functional teams, suppliers and headquarters to ensure production readiness and smooth product launches, update BOM information in SAP and SFC systems, support ISO audits, and drive Kaizen improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new product and packaging introduction activities across the plant.
• Work with cross-functional teams, suppliers, customers and headquarters to ensure production readiness and smooth product launches.
• Prepare and update BOM information to support manufacturing and assembly operations.
• Maintain accurate production-related information and records in SAP and SFC systems.
• Support manufacturing activities involving server and rack assembly.
• Coordinate packaging design requirements for racks and large-scale products.
• Identify opportunities to improve production processes through Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
• Assist production teams during new product ramp-up and implementation.
• Participate in ISO audits and support compliance with quality management procedures.
