Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Lead Process Engineer to manage the Process Engineering team and ensure efficient production. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing workflows and maintain accurate work instructions and SAP records.

The role includes leading ECO implementation, driving UPH-based productivity, and supporting ISO initiatives, training, and NPI activities for mass production.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Process Engineering team to ensure efficient production processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows aligned with specs.
• Oversee upkeep of production Work Instructions, SFC processes, and SAP records.
• Lead ECO implementation and ensure changes are communicated to production.
• Drive process optimization and productivity via UPH monitoring and Kaizen.
• Maintain and track Engineering Change masterlists.
• Ensure Work Instructions are prepared, reviewed and updated.
• Develop and coordinate process-related training for production staff.
• Provide engineering support for NPI activities and new product introduction.
• Work with production teams to resolve process issues during mass production.
• Lead and support ISO implementation, compliance and continual improvement.

• Lead and manage the Process Engineering team, including Process Engineers and Technicians, to ensure effective and efficient production processes.


• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to develop and improve manufacturing workflows in line with customer specifications and business requirements.


• Oversee the maintenance and control of production Work Instructions, SFC processes and SAP-related records.


• Lead Engineering Change Order (ECO) implementation and ensure changes are properly communicated and executed by production teams.


• Drive process optimisation and productivity improvement through UPH monitoring, performance analysis and Kaizen initiatives.


• Oversee the maintenance and tracking of Engineering Change masterlists.


• Ensure Work Instructions are accurately prepared, reviewed and updated.


• Develop and coordinate process-related training for production personnel.


• Provide engineering support for NPI activities and new product introduction.


• Work closely with production teams to resolve process-related issues during mass production.


• Lead and support ISO implementation, compliance and continuous improvement activities.
