Job summary

Persol Singapore PTE LTD is seeking a Process Engineer to support manufacturing process activities and drive the transition from NPI to mass production. You will lead engineers, optimize processes, maintain work instructions, and collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure quality and continuous improvement.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Engineering with at least 3 years of manufacturing experience, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and solid project-management

• Prepare and update production work instructions and train production personnel on process requirements.
• Support NPI, production ramp-up and mass-production activities.
• Maintain engineering change records and tracking documentation.
• Support ISO implementation and maintenance activities.
• Work closely with internal teams, customers, headquarters and manufacturing sites to resolve process and production issues.
