Production Engineer (Box Build & System Integration)

Job summary

BizLink Speedy Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to establish step-by-step processes for new projects and to drive quality improvements on the production line.

The role requires hands-on experience with rack assembly, SAP/MES knowledge, and collaboration with QA and Purchasing. You will update ECO documentation, coordinate production schedules, and train shop floor staff to meet safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Manufacturing/Mechanical), or related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of related manufacturing /boxbuild and rack assembly experience will be given prior consideration
• SAP and MES know-how and experience is preferred
• Ability to use analytical skills and a "hands-on" person
• Good interpersonal skills, proactive and work well with others
• Able to define requirement for interdisciplinary teams and identify suitable system parameters
• Team player, systematic and result oriented
• Competency in MS Office/google app sheet applications

Responsibilities

• To establish step by step manufacturing processes (Lot-Traveler creation) to improve work efficiency and enhance product quality for new project
• To analyze and manage non-conforming parts on the production line, collaborating with the Purchasing and QA departments to resolve the claiming process with the supplier
• Updating in-house documents, jigs, and fixtures related to Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
• Proactively coordinating with production teams, monitoring progress and adjusting schedules as needed to meet delivery deadlines
• Providing training and guidance to production staff to ensure that they are proficient in system rack assembly techniques, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Willingness to engage in hands-on assembly tasks on the production line as required.
• Any other other tasks assigned by the supervisor
