Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Supervisor for Process Engineering to lead a team of process engineers and technicians, directing daily activities to maximise production efficiency and ensure reliable operations.

You will maintain process documentation, coordinate ECO changes, track UPH and lead Kaizen initiatives, oversee engineering change masterlists, and support NPI and ISO activities to keep manufacturing ready for new products.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Process Engineers and Technicians in daily process activities to boost efficiency.
• Coordinates with departments to define manufacturing processes and workflows.
• Maintains production process docs, including Work Instructions, SFC, SAP records.
• Coordinates ECO changes and ensures timely implementation across teams.
• Analyzes production performance and drives improvements via UPH tracking and Kaizen.
• Maintains Engineering Change masterlists and tracks implementation status.
• Prepares and updates Work Instructions to meet production requirements.
• Provides guidance and training on process procedures and updates.
• Supports NPI and ensures processes are ready for new product introductions.
• Provides technical support during mass production and troubleshooting.
• Participates in ISO activities, including system implementation and documentation.

Coordinate ECO changes and ensure timely implementation across relevant production teams.

Analyse production performance and drive process improvements through UPH tracking and Kaizen activities.

Maintain Engineering Change masterlists and monitor the status of implementation.

Prepare, review and update Work Instructions to ensure compliance with production requirements.

Provide guidance and training to production personnel on process procedures and updates.

Support NPI activities and ensure production processes are ready for new product introduction.

Provide technical support during mass production and troubleshoot process-related issues.

Participate in ISO activities, including system implementation, documentation and maintenance.
