Job summary
Manfield Employment Services Pte Ltd invites an Engineering professional with at least 3 years’ experience in server, rack build and semiconductor manufacturing to lead BOM changes and materials transition. You will coordinate with internal and overseas teams to implement changes smoothly and support mass production runs.
You will apply SAP and BOM knowledge, participate in Kaizen and ISO audits, and support factory NPI qualification while collaborating with customers, HQ, and peers to ensure
Qualifications
- Degree/ Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in server, rack build, semiconductor manufacturing background.
- Hands-on experience in SAP, BOM and Agile.
- Ability to work with the customer, HQ / factory, Peers / Subordinate, and Superior.
- Strong problem-solving skills.

Knowledge in creating & modifying BOM structure.
Knowledge of SFC (Shop floor control) system & SAP maintenance.
Understanding of rack packaging design.
