Job summary

PERSOL OUTSOURCING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Production Planner for a 1-year contract (renewable/ convertible) stationed at Bukit Timah (Rifle Range Army Camp).

You will develop, plan, and coordinate production schedules, raise purchase requisitions, and manage SAP data (BOMs and routings). Responsibilities

• Calculate required raw materials to support production of P&E components per plans.
• Develop, plan and coordinate production schedules for optimal resource use.
• Raise and process Purchase Requisitions for materials.
• Create and manage production jobs in SAP with accurate data.
• Monitor material deliveries to avoid production delays.
• Track production output vs. plan and assist corrective actions.
• Generate monthly sales delivery reports aligning output with demand.
• Maintain BOMs and routings in SAP for data accuracy.
• Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Assist in lot allocations for production and conduct cost analyses.
