Responsibilities

• Calculate required raw materials to support production of P&E components per plans.
• Develop, plan and coordinate production schedules for optimal resource use.
• Raise and process Purchase Requisitions for materials.
• Create and manage production jobs in SAP with accurate data.
• Monitor material deliveries to avoid production delays.
• Track production output vs. plan and assist corrective actions.
• Generate monthly sales delivery reports aligning output with demand.
• Maintain BOMs and routings in SAP for data accuracy.
• Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Assist in lot allocations for production and conduct cost analyses.

Job description

1 year contract (renewable/ convertible)

Working Location: Bukit Timah (Rifle Range Army Camp)

Working Hours: Mon-Fri (8am to 5.45pm)

Salary range: $2500 + OT + Completion Bonus

Job Descriptions

• Calculate and determine the required raw materials and components needed to support the production of Pyrotechnic & Explosive (P&E) components and parts in accordance with production plans
• Develop, plan, and coordinate production schedules to ensure optimal utilization of resources and timely completion of manufacturing activities
• Raise and process Purchase Requisitions for raw materials and components to ensure sufficient supply in line with production requirements
• Create, update, and manage production jobs within the SAP system, ensuring all entries are accurate and completed in a timely manner
• Monitor and follow up on the delivery status of materials and components from vendors to ensure production timelines are not impacted
• Track and monitor production output against planned schedules, identifying any discrepancies and supporting corrective actions where necessary
• Generate and monitor monthly sales delivery reports to ensure alignment between production output and customer requirements
• Maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routings in SAP to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all products
• Conduct regular cycle counts of components to maintain inventory accuracy and support effective inventory control practices
• Assist in preparing and coordinating lot allocations for plant production to ensure efficient workflow and material usage
• Perform product and service costing analysis to support decision-making and cost control initiatives

Job Requirements

• Minimum O Level
• Hands‑on experience working with SAP systems in a production or manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Project for planning, tracking, and reporting purposes
• Prior experience in production control or planning within a manufacturing plant will be considered an added advantage
• Possession of a Class 3 driving license is an advantage
